We had dinner at eLeBe at the night of the soccer world cup final and the restaurant was almost empty. But the food... We ordered roasted baby goat (a Portuguese speciality) and a dish with the unassuming name "beefsteak". The roasted baby goat was fantastic, but the beefsteak was simply mind blowing! I hardly ever ate a steak that tender and rich in flavor. We had a chat with the very friendly chef, and apparently he braised it in some vinho verde. But this is certainly not the whole secret. Whatever the case, the whole experience was excellent, but the steak alone would suffice to declare this restaurant absolutly top-notch!
The prices, by the way, are more than reasonable (i.e. really low for the top quality).
