the apartments were big and comfortable. the location is very good but if you came with your car there are two problems : the address is hard to find because it is situated on a pedestrian road and you have no way to approach it by car and then of course you have to find parking that is not an easy task. the stuff will direct you to a parking lot ( 20 euros per day ) but only after you reach them

We have been a 3 night in the hotel as a family of 8, Vitoria village is located near the city center of porto, the rooms is bit old but the place itself is beautiful, there is a small grass playground for kids at the upper floor and a seats for taking sunbath. The turkish hamam is really nice and its open till late. Breakfast is nice but not the richest. And last thing about hotel staff, they are very helpful, the did beyond our expectations while it is not easy to travel with 2 childrens.

Excelant location, in the middle of the old city. Very big and comfortable rooms . 2 stores. Bedroom up and kitchen down. Even an espresso machine in the room. Nice garden. Very good place for families with children. And above all the service!! They have provided us with everything we asked for even if it wasn't standard.

The communal areas of the hotel were beautiful, and immaculately maintained, but the apartment we had was not in such a good state. It was clean, but quite dated with a lot of wear and tear. The staff, in general, were extremely friendly and helpful, although when we complained about the room being a little shabby the receptionist that was on duty at the time didn't take it too well and said, "I can move you too a studio but you're not getting any money back". Not sure why she mentioned a studio, and we certainly hadn't asked for money back, so we were taken aback when she took such a defensive stance. The breakfast room was stunning, and the quality of the food good, although the hot food is to be avoided because it was always cold. Location of the hotel is very good.

I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. I stayed there for 3 nights Sept2016 and we were so comfortable there that we were reluctant to leave and continue with the rest of our holiday. We stayed in the older part of the hotel at the back entrance. We had a very spacious and comfortable room with kitchenette, beautiful bedroom and bathroom with a great shower. It was extremely quiet at night and we had great views over the city.
The hotel has a garden in the centre of the hotel with water feature, sunbeds and loungers so you have this little oasis to come back to after a days sight seeing.
I would highly recommend checking out the spa if you are staying there. Great indoor jacuzzi and sauna as well as steam room to soothe the muscles after walking all day.
The breakfast room was a little small but the most beautiful room with paintings on the ceiling. A good selection was on offer , the usual continental breakfast, danishes, buns and don't forget the donuts and Portuguese custard tarts!
Last but not least our hosts really made our stay that bit extra special. We were offered a welcome port on arrival and recommended great bars and resturants throughout our stay. They were so helpful and friendly, especially Marco who made us feel like we were the most important guests they had!
