This apartment is on the 6th (top) floor of a modern building and so has great views from the west-facing balcony (which also catches the sun from late afternoon) It is ideal for a couple and has all mod cons. and plenty of towels, toiletries etc. It was spotlessly clean. The centre of Funchal is a 45minute walk away or can be reached more quickly by frequent buses. In the other direction there is the promenade walk to Camara de Lobos and a large shopping centre. Close by there are 2 supermarkets, lots of restaurants and the seafront lido (for which we were provided with 5 free passes). Sveta and her husband Alex were extremely helpful before and throughout our stay. In all my wife and I had a lovely holiday.

Very modern and comfortable apartment, well-equipped and a good location to go anywhere in Funchal and surroundings. Sveta and her husband, the owners, are very nice and easy to reach when needed. It's definitely a recommandation from our part, as we spent a very nice and resting week in the apartment!

Cozy place with modern design. This apartment situated in tourist area of Funchal, close to beaches, many restaurants and shops, very clean. We had wonderful service. Highly recommended

This was a fabulous place to stay, easy access to buses into Funchal and elsewhere, ten minute walk to lovely lido, lots of restaurants, plenty of shops, large and small. Beautiful apartment, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Sveta and Alex were helpful and welcomed us warmly, and also provided transfer to and from the airport. Planning to return next year.

Have visited Madeira on many occasions over the past 10 years and this has to be one of the very best apartments we have stayed in.
I would estimate the apartments to be about 8 years old. This one is very well maintained, spotlessly clean with " newly" fitted kitchen and bathroom.
Managed by Sveta and Alex who could not have been more helpful and very professional.
