We stayed for 4 nights on a deal which included breakfast at the Heritage Avenida Liberdade.
The hotel is centrally located and it is just across the road from the Aerobus drop off. It It is a short walk to the Metro, buses and heart of the city. There are a number of restaurants nearby which are worth a visit , especially the Restaurante As Velhas.
Our bedroom was on the 5th floor with views of the castle. It was quiet and spacious with a lovely comfortable bed and nice bathroom. room was spotlessly clean as was the whole hotel.
The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of choice, items were replenished constantly by the very efficient staff.
Helpful friendly staff throughout the hotel. We had a great stay.

Beautifully restored hotel, with excellent decor and furnishings. A suggestion would be for a little more counter space in the bathroom and some brighter lighting there also. But nothing that could not be worked around. We had problems with the heating system, but the front desk was extremely helpful and sent someone up to assist us, we were just slow learners as we seemed to have problems overnight, every day. The breakfast was excellent and the fresh orange juice superb, complimentary port, tea, coffee and water available all day was much appreciated.
Central location and easy walk to central Lisbon and all amenities and transportation.
If you have never been to Lisbon before (and we had not) this is a highly recommended Hotel, you wont regret staying here.

My wife booked a room for a weekend without the kids and it was (almost) perfect. The rooms are huge, clear, with a view on Liberdade Avenue. The beds are 2 METRES WIDE!!! and extremely comfortable. They offer free drinks (hot and cold) whenever you want and the service is great, from taking our luggage to reserving a table in a great restaurant. The jet pool is 1 swimmer wide but we were alone so it was perfect. And the free Wi-Fi is ok. The breakfast is both good and huge and served until 12:00. A plus : after checking out, you can leave them your luggage for the day.

This hotel was a gem. Our room was very good, small problem with the safe, but nothing that could be classed as a disaster. The complimentary tea and coffee which we could make ourselves in the bar area was a great touch and was appreciated after an evening meal. The hotel is close to all squares, restaurants, metro, buses which was a bonus. The staff were very polite and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to couples who want a central location

Friendly, helpful staff, large rooms and bathrooms for a European hotel. Breakfast was included and very nice. Water, tea, coffee and Port wines available all day without charge in bar area. Easy to get to train and metro. We would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Our room was on a front corner with a balcony. Large floor to ceiling windows in bedroom and in bathroom. Lovely!
