We stayed over (2 couples) for the Lisbon marathon. The rooms were very clean, tidy with a excellent showwer. This is a really good 3* hotel. The breakfast was good butit's a narrow seating area. One small problem was a mix up with breakfast order. We asked for 2 early breakfasts for the Sunday. When we got there, there was only one available. Luckily we had porridge pots so used hot water.
The hotel is very close to the Metro with a park around the corner

It is very well located from the major sights in Lisbon, makes for a lovely walk to the beach front. Lisbon is not very big anyway. The staff is very efficient and helpful with directions and have a ready smile which is very sweet. The breakfast buffet is nice, worth a try for sure and not too expensive at 10 euros. The rooms aren't the best but then for the price and location it wasn't our concern, we were out most of the time.
The bed was comfortable and bathroom well equipped. so all in all ok for short budget city break.

The hotel is right next to the Praca Marques de Pombal square. We were able to catch the metro right there and go all over Lisbon. Hotel staff was warm and accommodating Neighborhood was very safe. I went with friends and would not worry about staying there alone.

Room Tip: All rooms our group stayed in were quiet. Also there is air-conditioning which is a must.

I was expecting a lot more from this hotel, based on the price and previous reviews, but I left feeling that it was quite average. The room was a reasonable size, but there was hardly any natural light coming from the small window in the corner, so it was quite gloomy and needed the light on at all times of the day. Also really disappointing not to have a safe in the room - it's 2015, after all.

Bed was comfortable and everything was kept clean and fresh. Staff were polite but professional rather than warm. It's really close to a metro station so easy to escape from when necessary. Wifi connection not very good.

This is a 3 star hotel and I didn't expect more than that. Clean and neat but nothing extraordinary. However the location is superb, as one is close to the Metro, and the meeting point of Hop on Hop off buses - a major tourist square. The staff are informative and friendly enough. The breakfasts are very average, and the restaurant is too small so the bustling of people trying to get their food to the table is a crazy way to start the day. But overall, a good choice, and I would stay there again.

Room Tip: We had a room on the top floor with no view - just a roof window, so that was a bit weird, as its nice to be able to see outside.
