Booked for 1 night due to location and proximity to Lisbon airport.
Upon booking, when providing payment details specified that I would be arriving late at night.
Worth mentioning I am an Accor Hotels member.
When landed in Lisbon airport I could see a number had tried to contact me, I tried to ring back a few times but no answer.

When we arrived at the hotel I directed to the girl on the right hand side of reception counter and gave my name for check in, her colleague on the left was about to sell our room to another couple and they attempted to make a joke of how lucky was I to be there at the same time as they were selling my room as they were fully booked.
I did not think it was funny or comprehensible.

Room was very basic, so was bathroom.

Breakfast was mediocre, would have been better value to have breakfast at a nearby coffee shop.

Based on my experience, I would definitely not be recommending or considering ever again.

Dear Eva G

I take note of your comments and must confess that I remain a little perplexed.

We have a habit of contacting all our customers, something that is absolutely not practiced by other institutions, around 17 or 18 hours to reconfirm the booking, a special attention that we want to give our customers.
By your comments, I do not know if your reservation was guaranteed by credit card or not, but the procedure is to guarantee the accommodation.

We have never left a customer without an accommodation response and we would of course ensure our responsibilities

Our breakfast is a buffet, on a pretty nice schedule I find, 6:30 - 12:00, a self-service buffet consisting of different types of cereals, different type of bread, pastries, gluten-free products and / or lactose, orange juice fresh, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh fruit salads, yogurts and cottage cheese, hot drinks, pastry traditional Pasteis de Nata all this at will for 6.90 €, hard to find outside.

Your comments are however of our interest because it is important that we can constantly question ourselves to improve day after day our services and customer service.

Again thank you
Best regards

If you are attending an event in the Exhibition Park or Expo Park, this is an unbeatable location. The hotel is very clean and modern even if the rooms are rather small. The service is uneven with part of the staff quite friendly and helpful while others are nonchalant. Breakfast is just okay but reasonably priced. Highly recommended if you need to be at the Expo otherwise you are better off closer to downtown Lisbon.

Dear Sheriff60

Thank you very much for your comments.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our hotel, the excellent location for those going to or going to an event at the FIL congress center or to attend a concert at the Altice Arena.

Further reading your comments about the service and attention of our staff is extraordinarily rewarding
We hope to see you soon at Ibis Lisboa Parque das Nações.

Through a very busy period ( May 2018}, as was because of the Eurovision song contest, we were lucky enough to find a room at a very reasonable price, very close to the M.E.O Arena! The hotel was very new, modern with a great reception and breakfast area with attention to decorative details that were very much to my standards! The room itself was also very new, modern and squeeky clean! I would highly reccommend it, as I strongly believe that it's great value for money. The only drawback we faced, was the difficulty we had communicating in English with both the man and the woman in the reception desk. Their English was quite poor. But they were very helpful and they guided us just fine,in the end. All in all, It's a trendy, quiet hotel.

Room tip: In my opinion, some of the photos don't do justise to the hotel! Especially the entrance, it's even better than I expected!

Assyrhc,

Thank you very much for your words and detailed comments of our unit and still the primary zone that surrounds us.

We were very pleased to know that we had a good stay at Ibis Lisboa Parque das Nações. I was surprised to read that the team was not at ease in English because if you told me that it was in French you should agree ora the English is to a language well dominated by the team,

Anyway, we are sure that, on an upcoming trip to Lisbon, we will be delighted to welcome you back and we will do everything to make you feel at home.

We live in the Algarve area and recently went to see Queen in Lisbon. We decided to take the train and checked out the hotels close to the Station. It turned out to be a great choice. The station is opposite a big mall with lots of restaurants and the hotel is just down the street.
Service was good at reception and we had a standard room (very well put together and high standard fittings), comfortable beds and a good view. Wifi was excellent (we were able to watch Netflix) and the breakfast was OK.
Its a short walk from the hotel to the stadium and there is a boardwalk past the boats and some very interesting parks. All in all, I can recommend this hotel as a good option if you are wanting to leave the car at home and take a train to Lisbon.

Thank you for your comments following your stay at our ibis Lisboa Parque das Naçoes unit.
The best of rewards is that feeling of duty fulfilled, emotions so positive that to me speak more than some other feelings
Rereading your feedback and being able to review total satisfaction is the simplest way to give due recognition to our team that works day after day for this result, whether it is at the floors, the reception or even the restaurant.

In the expectation of welcoming you again, please accept our compliments.
