Very nice staff, willing to help at any time. Breakfast ok, maybe a little pricey but in line with other hotels. The room was good, no major complaints and excellent internet access. Hotel is well located close to a metro station, however you have to walk uphill to get to the hotel from the station. Not a big deal for me but if you are not in good shape it can be an issue. Neighborhood is very nice. The room we stayed had a little balcony. Fair price.

This hotel is good and clean while the staff responsive and helpful. The breakfast is great and served on the top floor with a panoramic view of modern Lisbon. Drawback is that the hotel is on a hill and, although it passes an enormous fountain, the cobbled path may be too steep for some to walk. For those who can walk, the Metro is conveniently located about 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Very small room, but nice. the location of the hotel is quite far from city centre even though the metro is 5-10 minutes away. tried the breakfast once and it was okay. + for good wifi in the rooms. Would rather recommend to stay in the Mortiz area if you are looking for a little more 'action'. The area around the hotel had absolutely nothing besides a park.

We had a very nice stay at the Dah hotel. Nice, friendly and helpful people.
Clean rooms, good and correct service.
Located ideally, in-between two metro station, smal shops and restaurants nearby....

We spent three nights here. We may as well have stayed in a railway station with all the noise. We were in room 103 for the 1st 2 nights. It backed on to a tiled laundry pick up area. The laundry was collected well after midnight using wheeled trollies. It suned as if they were having hospital bed races. Bashing into the wall and clattering. On the third night we asked to be moved - room 303. Unfortuatelly the adjacent rooms were occupied by drunken football supporters. They carried on until the early hours with loud converstaion and tv. The walls in this place have the sound insulation of a piece of paper.
Breakfast is served on the top floor which hs views over the suburbs. It was basic but fresh. The hotel is up a steep hill from the metro station and is a decent walk from the CBD. On site parking is available.

Rooms are comfortable although the older rooms have shows that open directly into the hallway. no privacy.

I think the staff tried to be accommodating but had little to work with.

I would not stay here again.

Room tip: Try a room in a different hotel

Dear Mr Ken

We thank you for the feedback sent, which is extremely valuable to us. As stated by you, we try to accommodate all our guests' requests and take them seriously. We regret you only asked to be moved on the third day of your stay.

Unfortunately, we have no way of guessing what type of noise our guests will make. In this case we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the guests in the room next door, though it would have been sensible to inform the Front Desk of this situation that could have been prevented.
The sound insulation of the rooms are standard to any other hotel rooms, what can happen like it did in this case, was the fact that you regrettably came across the loud noise from the guests located next to you.
Again, like any other hotel all rooms face the hallway, as foreseen by safety regulations.

Our Buffet breakfast is fresh, varied and complete, including hot and cold items such as eggs, sausages, baked beans, fresh fruit salad, assortment of bread, cheese, ham, daily pastry, quiche yogurts, cereal, etc.

We hope to welcome you in the near future.

Kind regards,

Hotel DAH
