This is a nice modern hotel. We booked it for our last day in Lisbon because of its location closer to the airport. Very clean and quiet rooms. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good with lots of food options. We were very happy with our stay.

This is a very modern and updated hotel. The inside is immaculate. The room was very clean, and cleaned every day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay feel comfortable.
I read reviews that the breakfast was bad but i found it to be sufficient to get the day going. Also if you are going to Lisbon for the breakfast at a hotel then you are truly missing an amazing city.

After having arrived later than late we (6 of us) arrived at this lovely hotel in an area that after midnight made us a little uneasy, but the late night reception staff member George was so nice and helpful that all our fears were put to rest....the room was clean, bathroom was lovely and the bed, mega comfortable!...we also later found out that one of our rooms had a lovely sitting area so not all the rooms are the same, perfect for happy hours.....the buffet breakfast the next morning which was included was great!....there was something for everybody, from sweets to savouries.....the reception staff, a group of young professionals were incredible, helping us with everything from directions to everywhere to restaurant recommendations......Both Sarah and Daniel pretty much walked us through everything we required, thank you to you both!!....helping us with the hop on/hop off bus tickets which was a great overview of Lisbon!, .....took both lines which took the better part of the day but we felt was so worth it!....to getting to the train station where we went to Sintra to take a day tour of Sintra to Caiscais with a young man working for a tour company called Wondervan.... Tomas was fabulous and this tour is a definite must do if in Lisbon!....As we were renting a car and the hotel did not provide parking, we were once again helped with where to park within the closest proximity to the hotel!...and the best part was that yes, the hotel did not have a license to sell alcohol but we were able to purchase, not but a few minutes away, not only our wonderful Vinho verde that we were introduced to on our Sintra tour, and port, but fabulous cheeses, snacks and munchies at an incredible price to make our happy hour even happier!....we were also able to sit outside enjoying that Vinho verde and relax after a long day of sight seeing!....just down the street is a beautiful church which looks from the outside very unassuming but do go in as it is quite lovely!...the metro is also a mere few minutes away ....the waterfront is a wonderful area to explore!!...Lisbon is all about walking and exploring and from this lovely hotel there is plenty to see so enjoy!....come and see for yourself!.....

Room tip: Ask for a room with a sitting area if you need more space

Very nice modernized Hotel, very clean and comfortable. The bedroom and especially the bathroom were easily 4 star. The only problem was the distance from the town center. The tram stop was not too far away, but because of were it is on their route you would be very lucky to get a seat.

Stayed for four nights and found the hotel to be well located - close enough for public transport to the city centre. The hotel reception desk personnel were excellent (particularly Sarah) with information, not only to places and buildings to visit but value to money restaurants within walking distance, which we went to. Our room was quite spacious, although we know this was not the same with all rooms, even on the same floor. No kettle, but safe included in room price.
One thing to be aware of is that the hotel has a cafe bar, but no alcohol licence. Having said that there are many restaurants and cafes nearby where you can quench your thirst!
