Me and my family stayed in this apartment for 10 days. It's a really good area to stay in as buses, trams and trains are all within walking distance. There is also a lot of restaurants near the apartment. All the locals are friendly and will help you find something or if you need information they're happy to provide it. Downstairs there is a little cafe where you can buy coffee or a cold drink also there is a little shop where you can buy essentials like water.
There has also been some downsides to staying here such as ants in the bathroom and the bathroom smelling bad if the door is left closed when not in use.Furthermore planes constantly fly over. These are some minor inconveniences and didn't have an impact on us much as we know there are worst places to stay in Lisbon.
I have attached a picture of one of the sunsets we witnessed while we where here.
