The apartment has fantastic sea views from 2 south facing balconies off the main bedroom and the living area as well as panoramic sea views from the private roof terrace.
Close to all amenities with several excellent restaurants right on the doorstep and only 5 minutes walk from the picturesque Praia do Carvoeiro beach and only 10 minutes walk from Centianes beach.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a flexible set up with the master bedroom either a double or twin depending upon your requirements. There is also a twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area which will enable 6 people to be accommodated.

The private roof terrace has a built in barbecue, tables and seating perfect for relaxing and taking in the sea views and watching the beautiful sunsets whilst enjoying a refreshing drink. There are also sun loungers.
CARVOEIRO
Carvoeiro is a lovely family resort which has grown up around what was a traditional fishing village. Despite the development Carvoeiro has retained its charm with little or no high-rise developments. The town has numerous excellent restaurants and bars and there are a selection of beaches all close by, perfect for soaking up the fantastic sunshine. For those who like a bit of exercise to go with improving their suntans there a number of excellent golf courses in the area, from the excellent Par 3 course at Vale Do Milho to the prestigious Pestana Golf Resort. Recent developments include a boardwalk along the cliff edge between the town and Algar Seco giving incredible views of the rock formations whilst enjoying a stroll or perhaps an early morning run.
All amenities are within walking distance which means that a car is not essential, however there is plenty of parking around the apartment if you do decide to rent a car.

My husband and I stayed at the apartment in June for a few nights and I have to say it is one of the loveliest apartments we have ever stayed in! The location is perfect, bars and restaurants all around but lovely and peaceful still. The roof terrace and balconies are amazing, lovely to have a drink watching the sunset or a peaceful breakfast. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has literally everything you could need with a generous welcome pack. The master bedroom is very large with an extremely comfortable bed and both bedrooms have fantastic amount of storage. Mark was so helpful and so quick to respond, we hope to return!! If you book this apartment you will not be disappointed! Thanks so much Mark!

Perfect apartment, both inside and outside!
We have visited Carvoeiro for the past twenty years, but have to say this was one of the best self catering apartments we've experienced. From the abundant groceries very kindly left, to the bright, airy interior and the fabulous roof terrace, it fitted the bill in every way for us. And everything inside was absolutely spotless, ( I'm very picky about this!),with a special mention for the sparkling bathroom! Situated at the top of the hill, we found ourselves surrounded by what we consider all the best restaurants, and just a pleasant walk from the sea and beach. The only downside is that we find it is booked all the way through summer. I think that says it all! But we are determined to book early for spring/summer 2020. Thank you Mark & Mel.

Excellent Easter break!
The apartment was ideally located, being a short walk into the centre of Carvoeiro. The location is also ideal as the Algar Seco caves/rocks are a short walk away, with an alternative access into the centre via the boardwalk.
The apartment is well furnished and easily accommodates a family of 4. The roof terrace is an excellent bonus and gives very pleasant views of the sea. There are outstanding restaurants underneath and across the road from the apartment but noise is not a problem at all.
Mark & Mel provided very useful information prior to the trip and even provided refreshments for us in the apartment for our arrival.
An excellent choice for somewhere to stay in a fantastic town. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment in a great location
We found the apartment perfect for our stay for 5 nights.
It is a good size, clean and has everything you need including hair dryer, iron etc. The views from the roof terrace are wonderful.. The apartment is about 15 mins walk from Carvoeiro centre but is surrounded by some lovely bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay again

A comfortable well appointed apartment in a good location in a beautiful resort.
As a couple, we visited in early May for a short break. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable with all necessities provided. We especially enjoyed using the roof terrace which was secluded and had good views of the surrounding area. Some groceries were left for us that had not been requested which was a thoughtful gesture. There were plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The local beach was a short walk away and is beautiful and leads straight onto the town centre. Thank you Mark and Mel.

Nice apartment in a great location
Nice apartment in a great location in Carvoeiro close to beach and restaurants with plenty of parking. The apartment is really well maintained and the owner is very friendly and professional. Very happy to recommend.

First time to Portugal
First time to Portugal and I went with my family. The apartment we stayed in was beautiful it had everything you needed plus more. It wasn't far away from the town/bars/shops or beach. Beautiful walks and plenty to do. People were friendly and I would highly recommend the place I stayed and the area I travelled too.

Great location for a fabulous apartment
The apartment was clean and well maintained, from the roof top terrace you get an excellent view of the ocean and of the town.
The beach is only a 5 minute walk, we really enjoyed our stay and we have already recommended the property to our friends and family, we are even looking to go back later on in the year.

A Lovely Week Away
The apartment is in a great location with so many great restaurants around and the town and beach are only a 5 minute walk away. The apartment has everything you could need and has a real homely feel to it. The private roof terrace is great for sunbathing in the day and for watching the sunset in the evening. Would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting Carvoeiro.
