The following comment is an honest review of 'hotel santa eulalia praia' in Albufeira, Portugal.
Staff has no education especially the male receptionnist who does not look at you, never said 'hello' or 'thank you' during our ten (10) days there.
One would assume that spending almost 400€ in one hotel would get you a minimum of respect and courtesy, I guess that's not how they do things here
He also refused to change our room on the first night (room 106, about 10 meters from the reception desk) even though he was the one making most of the noise, playing music at the bar until midnight (apparently it's normal) and manipulating coins and the cash register at 1 am. Of course he did not apologize
The rooms are close together and the isolation is just awful - the doors do not block any of the sound (see my picture, a lot of space under the door) Not to mention the busy road at the edge of the hotel with cars 24/7
To prove my sincerety I will end on a positive note (and the only one) : the rooms and hotel are spotless. Great cleaning staff
To resume : a clean hotel with untrained unwelcoming and unprofessionnal staff, we will not be back
