Amazing hotel, the whole location is great within Zaandam having amazing sights to it and the Centraal Amsterdam only being 12 minutes away it’s a hidden gem highly recommend to see it when you can. The staff were so polite and kind with the service being amazing is well. also the bar staff member (i think his name was alex) was absolutely brilliant and is a credit to the team. will definitely be back again.

Really lovely and friendly staff, all very helpful. Rooms were immaculate and clean. Perfect location with easy transport routes walking distance away (literally 2 minute walk) highly recommend to people wanting to come to on holiday here

We came to Amsterdam to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. The hotel is lovely and really close to the train station which is handy to use when visiting the centre of Amsterdam!! We mastered the train easily.
The rooms are very spacious and the bed was super comfortable and breakfast was very nice and lots of different choices.
This was definitely a great stay and will be back if we visit Amsterdam again.

My girlfriend and I arrived here at approximately 8pm on Monday 19th August. On checking in, we were asked to pay 30€ each as tourist tax.
We booked a Twin Standard and were given Room 339. We noticed a BIG spider in the top corner of our room so asked reception for someone to go in and remove this (as we couldn’t reach) - this to us, suggests that they’re not thoroughly dusting the rooms. The rest of the room appeared to be clean. There was some milk that was out of date in the room, which we would not expect from a 4-star hotel. The beds were really comfy and there was little to no noise when we were in the room.
Overall, would consider staying again as the hotel was very modern, well-decorated and felt safe.

We stayed 1 night at this hotel early August 2024. It is very well situated at only 5 minutes walking distance from the railway station. The room was very small and we got a big bed with 2 mattresses, which kept on moving. Upon check in we had to pay 50 euro security deposit which was refunded when we checked out the following day.
Upon arrival at noon, the room was not ready, but they have a storage room for luggage to be kept for people who arrive early.
