Near Zaanse Schans.

We spent 2 nights in March'24. This hotel is located in the skyscraper on 10, 11, 12 floor. The view was good. The room was very basic, without kettle and other convenience. The bathroom had glass wall and wasn't clean. Location in the center of Zaandam with shops and restaurant, near train station (5 min). Traveling thru Holland use app 9292 for public communication. Very usefull. You can go by train (about 10 min) to Zaanse Schans, open-air museum with windmills. Beautiful, you have to see it. Luggage storage isn't free. You have to pay. Strange.

Zaandam is so pretty

Stayed here as it's close to Amsterdam but not as expensive. Zaandam is a beautiful city also.
Hotel was basic, but it had everything you needed, well except a glass/cup in your room.
Staff were friendly, and it's literally 5-7 minutes walk to the station.
I used to live in the Netherlands and have stayed in Zaandam before. I would recommend staying here instead of Amsterdam.

Nice stay

Reasonble prices for the rooms, friendly staff members, great location.
Literally 2 minutes walk from the train station.
Stayed there for 3 nights, the room was quiet, well equipped.
If we had any questions, the receptionist were always there to help.
Definitely would recommend to anyone who looks for a nice hotel for a good price.

Perfect location and nice budget hotel

Me and my mom stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Amsterdam. The location is perfect, 2 minute walk from the train station (when you leave the station turn left then right, it’s right next to primark). 15 minutes on the train into city centre too, only 2 stops, and the transport system there is fantastic! Basic hotel but had everything you need for a short stay, and was really good value for money. The Zaandam area was also really nice, with lots of shops and restaurants. It’s not a cheap area but no different to anywhere else in Amsterdam. If we came back we would definitely consider staying here, and would stay in other easy hotels across Europe.

Room tip: Use public transport not taxis!

not good

Housekeeping entered our room without knocking as I had just gotten out of the shower. The room was filthy apart from the bed. The only good thing was the convenience of the train station being right next door. Staff weren’t friendly and looked like they hated the place too.
