Well worth a visit when open, we went at the end of April and saw the flowers in bloom, we thought it was reasonable value for money.

If you like tulips you will love this garden where 7 Million bulbs are laid out in beautiful formations. Carpets of flowers sweep in astounding arrays throughout the wooded surroudings.
Various indoor displays show the plants at their very best and incorporate displays of orchids hyacinths daffodils etc.
The site is very popular and can become very busy. This is distracting but given that the bulb season is so short I acnnot see how they can handle it any better.
We bought our tickets on line and drove to the site in our motorhome. Despite it being a peak period we had no problem getting in or out of the site. Although there was a small queue at the entrance tickets our ticket (on our phone) were scanned effifciently and we were soon inside.
I cannot recommend the garden highly enough and the views of the adjacent bulb fields were incredible.
On site there were penty of food outlets and we did not have to queue for long to be served.
My only complaint was that there was no clear signage to show that the car park is not free. Hence, staff situated at the exit gate are required to scan your parking ticket and if you have not realised that payment is necessary it takes a while to pay and get out of the site. In busy periods this must cause unessary delays which could be avoided by using a typical pay and display type system or by including the cost of the car park in the ticket price. It is very annoying to realise that your ticket price does not include parking.

Spaced out in a great way so that the enormous crowds never feel overwhelming. Gorgeous set up with immaculate selection of all flowers. Make sure to visit during tulip season.

Amazing flower garden, bought the ticket at the schipol airport. We took the bus and when we were there the flower were blooming. A few people queuing but if we arrived early the queuing are not long. There were areas to see according to the type of flowers. They also have sakura flowers. But tulips are the most beautiful flower there. Never seen such an amazing color of flower before. The range of colors are mind blowing. Its a must visit place but do remind of the time of visit because the flowers only bloom in the end of february until in the middle of april

No one can dislike this garden nor the flowers here. Everything was just so pretty and colourful presented to us. Right time, right season, right day, right sun! Absolutely stunning gardens that i have been in which tulip is my all time fav! Take a bus from the airport, there are guides outside the airport entrance to guide you to the bus area where everyone is que-ing for the bus to get to Keulenhof! It's packed but its the best way to save cost.Recommended time to spend there around 4hrs. It would be great if you can bring your own food and have them side by side with the flowers. Would recommend to walk out of Keulenhof to the outer area to see the whole big patch of fields out there. A must go because you can never resist the tulips / flowers. (unless u are allergy to pollent)
