Very modern ,clean, good menu in the restaurant (we ate there 2 times )
Good bed lousy pillows. The number 300 bus stops across the road. 10 mins the the heat of town every 8to10 minutes.
CONS
The don’t have a pillow menu. They were to big. They don’t have an option of blankets rather than the doona which was way too hot.
We paid upfront for 2 nights and when we went to extend for 1 more night they wanted 50 euros more per night over the other 2 nights. So we didn’t stay there and move on. Talk about look after your customers. As we hadn’t booked prior to arrival they wanted 150euros for the receptionist to enter our details. She told us to go and book on line then come back to her…..WTF. It was our 52 wedding anniversary also.

We spent 2 weeks in Western Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands, and this was our favorite hotel. The hotel room was spotlessly clean, roomy, and fantastically comfortable. It was so quiet, I slept like a baby, and I usually don't sleep well away from home. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant one night (outstanding!), and the hotel breakfast is the best I've ever had, anywhere - every possible dish you can imagine for breakfast and all delicious!

The hotel has undergone a major renovation in the last few years and the results are impressive. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable and facilities are great. There is however one draw-back and that has to do with facilities for electric vehicles. Unless you drive a Tesla, there is nothing. All the available charging statins are designated for Teslas so if you have a vehicle that is not a Tesla you're pretty much up the famous creek. The plug fit the charging port on my hybrid rental Peugeot but it wouldn't charge and the single "independent" charging station they have was out of service during our entire 4 weeks stay in Haarlem. The only suggestion that reception could come up with was to I download the Tesla app, but it only makes it possible for the charger to recognize your Tesla not other car brands. The only logical conclusion I can come up with that is that they likely receive some sort of incentive from Tesla at the expense of other EVs. If not for that I would have gladly given it a 5 star review

Location is perfect and transportation is readily available. Pillows are the best I’ve ever seen and the beds are super comfortable with wonderful duvet covers. Everything is high quality and immaculate. Be sure to get the “deluxe” room if you want a big bed for two people. That’s what we got and it’s like a king size bed. The room is large. The staff are amazing: friendly and helpful. They even gave us the address of a canal cruise and we just hopped into an Uber and off we went. They hold your luggage if you arrive too early, so you can go see the charming old Dutch town.

Room tip: Be sure to book the “deluxe” room if you want a big (normal size) room with a big bed.

We stayed at this hotel as a large group, 28 people. On arrival we were met by friendly and helpful staff who checked us in without any issues. The bedrooms were modern clean and spacious. The facilities in the rooms were excellent with coffee machine, fridge and large TV. The buffet breakfast had a large selection of cooked breakfast items, cold meats and cheese, and pastries. The hotel was located near bus stops where you travel to Vandroot for the beach or Amsterdam for onward travel. There is also a large supermarket nearby, 5 min walk, which makes this an ideal place to stay to enjoy Haarlem. I will return with my family the next time.

2nd time staying here for our annual conference.

Great hotel, range and selection of food is simply amazing (way too much choice and over ate a bit).

Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, nice large walk in shower.

Leisure and wellness facilities are good with a good size steam room, sauna etc.. .

The hotel staff looked after us amazing well over our few days providing great service and food.

Highly recommended
