Rooms are average and clean. What makes this hotel bearable is the staff, very friendly. Down side is there is no restaruant available in the evening but staff will order from nearby restaurant for you. Bit of a walk to the closest bus stop for downtown. As for city centre, not sure how that description is warrented since is a ways away from Haarlem centre.

I like Ibis, because I'm never disapointed. I <was greated with a welcome glass of wine, which made my day ! The staff was lovely, bed was comfortable, no noise during tyhe night, and great music playlist for breakfast :)

New hotel in town. Very confortable my room with desk and sofa. Hotel without restaurant (they can order pizza). Coffee machine and water in the lobby. Free-wifi. Parking in front of the hotel with limited places.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 days during the heat wave, the AC couldn't keep up, so it was a bit hot to sleep - but it was still a great stay. We used the hotel as base for going to Amsterdam, Zandvoort, Harlem, Kinderdijk and Duinrell. Be aware that the parking spot in front of the hotel is paid parking.Free parking is a lot near by.

We wanted to stay out of Amsterdam but with simple access to Amsterdam Central.
This was a great location as it was a 10 minute walk to the local train station and was only 4 stops to Amsterdam Central.
Hotel was clean, tidy and functional.
The breakfast offered was perfectly adequate for a B&B stay.
Our room was very good, clean and a good sized bathroom.
The only issue was there wasn’t any shops ‘very near’ to the Hotel meaning we would buy drinks and snacks before returning to the room. This was only a minor negative and nothing that would stop us returning again.
Finally, the Hotel is cashless, meaning you will need to use your Credit Card for any purchases in the Hotel.
All in all, a good choice if you want some peace and quiet after a busy day in Amsterdam.
