I recently stayed at XO Hotels Couture for three nights and was deeply disappointed with the experience. Despite my request for adjacent rooms with a colleague, we were placed far apart. The staff member at check-in was uncooperative and rude.
When I asked for hygiene kits, I was told to retrieve them myself, which is unsatisfactory service. Additionally, despite displaying the "please clean my room" sign, my room wasn't cleaned on the first day and was barely cleaned on the second day.
On the final day, while feeling very unwell, I requested a late checkout but was told to vacate by 3:00 PM precisely, with no flexibility. I also left my IQOS device behind, and despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel, I have not received a response and they said they couldnt find it (AS IF!).
This level of service is unacceptable, and I felt compelled to share my experience here. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their services.
