During my recent stay at XO Couture Hotel, I encountered a severe issue. My privacy was shockingly violated when a housekeeping staff member entered my room without knocking or obtaining my permission. This intrusion occurred while I was partially undressed, and despite my immediate protests, the staff member did not promptly leave, forcing me to raise my voice to protect my privacy.
I reported this disturbing incident to the hotel manager, Agni, whose response was equally disappointing. Rather than offering empathy or a sincere apology, he dismissed my concerns as a misunderstanding and even debated the appropriate protocol for room entry, showing a lack of basic customer service and respect.
This experience not only caused significant distress but also fell well below the professional standards expected at a reputed hospitality establishment. Despite being a frequent traveler who values privacy and professionalism, I was left utterly disappointed by both the incident and the subsequent handling by the management.
