Staff very helpful. Accommodating. Our departure date is King’s Day, staff explained traffic situation and sent email with details, that helped us to plan airport trip with ease. Restaurant staff was excellent, price is reasonable. You really don’t need to go outside looking for food. Facility is clean. Room is spacious. Location is center to many things. Five star experience.
We had a wonderful time at the hotel. So much character and lovely details. The breakfasts were spectacular. Beds were comfy, rooms were spacious. Also loved how centrally located it was. Super easy to walk everywhere we needed to go. Such a lovely stay!
The best thing about the hotel was the location. For the rest, i could say that it disappointed us. Too highly priced for such a service and facility. We could have many alternatives in this price range. The housekeeping was sloppy (came too late to the room, mostly after midday and not properly cleaned) View is looking directly to the offices, not felt like we are in Amsterdam. Overall, not satisfying at all, we would not consider staying for the next time

Early check in was available, our room was huge! Bathroom beautiful and comfy beds. Treats and a note on the bed to welcome us.
Location of the hotel is perfect for exploring all of the city, central as central can be. The lobby restaurant serves amazing evening meals and really nice breakfast

The hotel, the staff and the location was amazing! I would 1000% reccomend this hotel. We loved Amsterdam so much and were gutted to leave. I couldn't fault a single thing about this hotel. Once inside your room it is silent so you don't hear anything which is lovely. I am so glad we chose to stay here and when we come back to Amsterdam I would definitely book this hotel again.
