We apologize for the issues you faced during your stay, particularly with the cleaning service. Our hotel offers daily cleaning, and it's concerning to hear that this was not provided in your case. We have addressed this matter with our housekeeping team to ensure it doesn't happen again.
We're also sorry to hear about your experience with the elevator. We understand how distressing that must have been, it seems that due to a bug the lights went out while you were inside, we can advise that this was fixed immediately.
Regarding the room size, we acknowledge that our rooms are compact, but we strive to provide all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including Sweet Beds, a desk, and flat-screen TV.
