I have stayed at a half-dozen Amsterdam hotels. I return to the Conservatorium. Very well appointed hotel, excellent museum-centric location. Friendly, industrious staff, particularly the concierge team. But the hotel manager is tyrannical both to the guests and staff, and is in need of a long vacation.

great hotel on so many fronts but would be remiss to not give the concierge team a major shout out. Etan, Ivan, Alina and Uwana are all rock stars and helped us select and secure reservations at fabulous resturants and activities. Excellent hotel experience from the moment you step inside the hotel. Breakfast buffet selection is good with a ala carte menu as well. Room is quite spacious and been given a 2 level up upgrade. Service is on point! Trust me the other lixury hotel we booked is like a 3 star compared to the conservatorium. Keep up the good work and will be my go to hotel when i visit amsterdam.

Excellent hotel; stayed in a duplex suite which offered plenty of room for our family of three with the added benefit of two bathrooms. Perfect location and very attentive staff, even the engineer which came to our room to check on an outlet let us borrow his personal phone charger for the duration of our stay. We owe a special thanks to Eitan, the concierge, who planned marvelous tours for us during our stay. Alina, another member of the concierge team, also deserves a hat tip for all her attention to our room when we arrived and during our stay. A truly great operation.
