If you have paid over £100 a night to stay at the Rhio, you would expect two minimum basics - the ability to make a cup of tea or coffee in your room when you wake up and - later- the ability to see in your room in the evening. The lights are so dimmed I couldn’t read and, when I asked for a kettle for the morning, I was told with great indignation, if you want tea, come for breakfast. I have never been in even a basic hotel where you can’t make tea in your room. What use is the fridge in my room?? I am not storing chilled food!
Yes. It’s central but come on????
