Somewhere it states that it's a 4 star hotel. Our room was maybe a 2.75 star. Cramped, bed not comfortable, coffee service needed a cleaning of the water carafe. Shower swinging half-door awkward to use & not get water all over floor. Room cost 250 Euros/night and maybe that's why we had one with a view of a brick wall. The location is ok, right near a Hop On/Off canal cruise stop.

Bed mattresses are not substantial and can easily slide off. Shower and toilet area have frosted glass doors and walls which limits sense of privacy. Not the hotels fault but met some rude guests challenged us when we almost exited the elevator on the wrong floor.

This hotel suckkkksss not cleaned at all! I stayed in the apartment suite which is not at the hotel but you have separate entrance around the corner from it. It’s all apart of Eden though. It’s very dated and gross. The bathroom is in a weird closet off the hallway. The “king” mattress is some type of thin bed from ikea on two twin box springs and it’s dusty as hell! Theres rips and stains in the furniture and my unit came with empty beer cans that were not mine. STAY AWAY! There’s tons of nicer hotels on this strip. The location is great but truly the only thing this restaurant has going for itself

We stayed in the apartment for four nights, it was great. Beautiful view of the river and when you are tired of walking the city the hotel has a very nice comfortable bar with a pool table. We found several great places to eat within steps of the hotel as well. Many of the sights are within easy walking distance, but it's also very close to a tram station. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
