Very nice,quiet hotel, stunning views, lovely bar and restaurant on 17th floor! , close to shops and centre being only 10 mins on tram, comfortable beds, lovely staff and very helpfull, breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Quick check in and check out. We would stay here again.

Had a long list of hotels we discussed and definitely think we picked the best one. We stayed for 3 nights and was always comfortable and at home.

We stayed in a Queen Comfort room. The beds were an absolute dream and is the thing we miss most! Plugs on both sides of the bed. The TV comes with Youtube and you can also sign into Netflix! However, be aware if you are from the UK and have adverts in your subscription Netflix will not play content due to being in a different country (not the hotel’s fault) but we loved just watching free episodes on Youtube instead! There is also a very easy to use Screencast option as well.

The rooftop bar is a must do at night even if it is just once. The website says the rooftop shuts at 22:00 but it seems they only shut just one half as we were up there until Midnight before they closed the whole area which was brilliant. If we were not so busy in the city we would definitely have come more!

You also get a safe which adds that extra assurance of security. You also request room cleaning yourself when you want it so there is no need worry about forgetting to put the Do Not Disturb sign out the night before.

The Number 13 tram takes you into the centre of Amsterdam in about 20 minutes and the station is opposite the hotel. We loved that it was in the park because you could not hear a single sound at night once in your room. It was a room and hotel you really looked forward to coming back to after a busy night. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so wonderful. If we ever come back to Amsterdam, we will certainly be back to you!

We booked this hotel for its fair price and other reviews mentioning it had great transport into the city centre even though it was a little further out. This was absolutely true. The hotel was modern and spacious with fantastic transport options with tram 13 being right outside taking you directly into the city centre.

Breakfast options were good and pretty fresh. The roof top terrace was also a fantastic addition having a trendy bar side and a chiller ‘smokers’ side which was perfect for our group.

Room was a good size and great views from floor 13 with an innovative cleaning schedule where they wouldn’t clean your room daily but rather you can book a clean if you felt it was needed. We did book this for our 4th day here but unfortunately the room was never cleaned. We’re not sure if this was a user error on our part by not understanding the booking system as the other members of our group booked the cleaning service for the previous day and it was cleaned with no fuss. I have docked a star due to this/the room looked clean at check in however the curtains were really dusty behind the desk and there was rubbish left by previous guests slightly under the bed which was not noticed by the cleaning crew before we checked in.

However, despite this, the staff were fantastic and very helpful. Please note also that the hotel has its own direct shuttle bus to and from the airport. We booked a separate shuttle bus through Expedia which was definitely not as convenient as their own shuttle bus and we only noticed theirs the day before we checked out so the bus was full when we enquired (totally our fault).

I would definitely recommend for a fair priced hotel with great travel connections but definitely book their own shuttle bus for €9.50!
