Stayed for 3 nights. Already aware of ongoing refurbishment work and expected some disruption which in all fairness was minimal. Major issue was house keeping - left a lot to be desired. Two of the days no tea, coffee and milk replaced, no fresh towels despite used ones being left on the floor in the shower and bins in bedroom and bathroom not emptied. Member of housekeeping was abrupt, rude and didn't like the inconvenience of putting right what should have already been done
! Really disappointed as my partner and I stay regularly at Hiltons and I am a Gold member - expected much better service.
