Urine smell in bathroom, malfunctioning shower, poor breakfast experience and staff unable to resolve issues. They did follow up with an apology after our stay, but I would expect the issues to be resolved during our stay. Not worth the premium price.

The location of this hotel could not be more perfect for exploring Amsterdam in the surrounding areas. You need to exit the correct side of the train station for the shortest walk.
The views of the canal was very nice! The bed was super comfortable and we did not experience any issues during our stay. As they were doing extensive renovations on the main floor, the area was moved into an area by the meeting rooms. My diamond status was recognized and we were provided free breakfast daily. The offerings were pretty extensive, including meats and cheeses, different types of breads and sweets, fruits, etc. You could also order omelettes or made to order eggs via the servers.
I liked that they had different types of milk, including almond milk in the refrigerator for use
The staff was super friendly!
If you need any quick groceries, there is an Albert Heijn very close
Tap on/off with our credit card worked just fine on the trains as well.

Great location and very nice roof top bar. Rooms are small but in line with others in this area. Hotel was quiet and easy to walk too anywhere and very close to train station. Hotel was under renovation but staff was very attentive. Would definitely stay again.

From the time I arrived at Reception and was greeted by Dulce and Yamiek, who gave such wonderful customer service. Listened to my situation and then offered great solutions and really took care of the situation.
Stella was also great in assisting with my booked tours and best way to get there and was interested when I was talking to her to assist with her advice.
I did go up to Level 11 Luminair and was greeted by Peter who also gave such a warm welcome, that I returned each night and then lunch on my departure date. Peter showed great skills of customer service and definitely shows he enjoys his job.
These people made my stay so enjoyable and I send my many thanks.
I would also like to send special thanks to staff greeting at Breakfast on Level 1 and staff within, the food was always hot and presented so lovely and the housekeeping staff, my room was so clean and lovely. Much appreciated.

This hotel is perfect for a visit to Amsterdam! Minutes away for Centraal Station! Has a nice concierge lounge (if you need to wait for your room to open). Breakfast Buffet was great with lots of options! Our room was perfect with a great view. Make sure you go to the roof top bar!
