We were a group of five adults who visited Van Gogh's Museum on 22 April 2018. I was in awe to see his work. I purchased tickets on-line long before visiting Amsterdam, so we missed the queues of people wanting to buy entrance tickets.

I highly recommend a visit to Van Gogh's Museum to every art admirer. The museum building is a modern building. I enjoyed my trip there very much and can now tick off another item on my bucket list.

PLEASE PROVIDE A CATEGORY BELOW FOR JUST "FAMILY" - SOME PEOPLE ARE FAMILY WITH EVERYONE BEING ADULTS SUCH AS IN MY CASE - THEREFORE I TICKED "FRIENDS".

Wonderful physical facility, art very well lit, information about the artist very good (except that the audio tour was a little clunky) and the collection top-notch. Spent five hours and could’ve spent much more.

Well displayed in a huge beautifull buidlignyou get a really good impression of his work and his life. In this period there was a exposure about van Gogh and Japan. Never knew as a Dutchman that he was so inspired bij Japanese artists.

It would be good if most of the prints or paints are in originals but i guess there are still a number out there which are not original copy. I love the Japanese influence on him and his arts on the Japan culture. Needless to say, his other paintings are no doubt very individual.

Amazing collection of masterpieces in one huge spacy gallery. Lots of people (surprisingly ;-)), but for such a museum it was not so bad, expectable, the amoutn of tourists was not very disturbing. Queues for tickets were pretty fast.
