Great location, wonderful staff, well maintained hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, accommodating and flexible check-in, and enjoyable stay. We actually switch to this hotel from another place. Wise choice on our part, much better rooms and accommodations.
The Room and bathroom were clean. The Staff was very friendly. It was a Great location near central station. We could walk everywhere. Our room had canal view and balcony and was quiet at night, Could purchase breakfast from nearby restaurant.
In my opinion for this hotels location , friendly staff , clean and comfy rooms it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Amsterdam - location really is perfect - you walk out the reception and there’s literally restaurants shops and bars in your doorstep .

Our stay at Hotell CC was great. The triple room had plenty of room for all the 3 of us. The bathroom was really big with a tub and separate shower. The hotel had free coffee and tea at the reception desk and an area where you could buy snacks and drinks. The location is great; very close to the train station and in the middle of everything. We even got to check in early. We would stay here again.
Me and my brother in law went to Amsterdam form my 30th birthday and stayed at the hotel upon checking in I was told I had to pay a service charge of €100. They don’t pre-worn you of this on the website and the lady at the desk said I’ll get it back when I check out. So paid it on my card. When leaving I asked about the service charge and the same lady said the system will throw it back in your account at 4pm this was on the 3rd of August and still to this day I haven’t got my money back. I have been to Amsterdam 3 times this is the first hotel it’s happened in. So stay way from this scam of a hotel
