Excellent location near the station and nightlife.
The twin room was snug but ok, though I would like a proper chair with a back and a decent central light.
The wifi worked well at 30Mbps and very good shower.
Staff very friendly.
The breakfast was taken next door at Pancake and was very good.
The room cleaning was only ok and I had to keep going back to reception when I got in asking for tea/coffee/milk which hadn't been replenished.
I would stay there again.

Booked before CV19, flights all cancelled however this hotel absolutely will not allow a change of date, refund or allow a cancellation. Be very careful booking this hotel, you will not get your money back should the unfortunate happen. Disgraceful

We normally don't like to confront with our guests which is against our "code of ethics".
Hereby; we would like to clearify that we always allowed to CHANGE THE DATE for those bookings who had non refundable bookings and couldn't travel under COVID-19 circumstances.

Our stay at Hotel CC was amazing, clean hotel, great location and very friendly staff, specially Belinda and sylvia on the front desk, very helpfull and professional. We had a great time, we recomend this hotel.

We are booked in Hotel CC, in Amsterdam in June this year, prior to a cruise. Unfortunately due to the Corona Virus and me being a cancer patient, we need to cancel our trip and postpone till next year. 2 in our party are forbidden to board the cruise ship as they live in China. We have appealed to the hotel to either cancel and refund or hold a credit for next year and on both attempts to negotiate with them, they will not waiver and assist. I find this totally inconsiderate in a time where countries are trying to curb the spread of the disease. We are being responsible travelers, however hotels like this should be made public so that travelers know that they will not assist in any urgent or desperate matter. We are really upset about having to cancel our trip however we don’t have an option.

Thank you for contacting us. We do understand the worldwide problem of Covid-19. And Let me remind you that we are a responsible hotel and are in service almost more than a 15 years. And proud to say that because of our prime location and service we do have regular/returning guest in big numbers.

Coming back to your comments; I am not sure that when did you contact us? However we also need to cooperate with our Dutch government rules and regulations (Covid-19) to travelling industry and its implication to the hotel like us.

Generally, In case of pre-paid booking, we are unfortunately obligated to follow the non-refundable booking policy . However; understanding the current situation, the hotel management currently decided (probably for temporary period, largely depends on how this Covid-19 pandemic goes ) to make an exception to modify the booking if its possible. In your comment, you have mentioned that your arrival date is in June, If so, we still have time. Therefore, Could you send us an email to : reservation@hotelcc.nl please?

Nevertheless, we would like to apologize for any misunderstanding or miscommunication which might have occurred.

The hotel CC management team and I hope to welcome you in Amsterdam in the days to come.

I stayed here with a friend and was pleasantly surprised by the facilities. Firstly the reception staff are welcoming, helpful and very friendly. The room was clean, modern and secure. Will stay here on future visits.

The staff of the hotel was extraordinarily helpful and kind; I have a slight disability, and they assisted me very generously.

But for the price, the accommodation was really too modest. The room and the bathroom were minuscule. The room temperature was always too hot or too old.

Room tip: Upper floor (3rd floor) may require climbing some stairs

We are sorry that you felt the price and the accommodation was really too modest. This is because the hotel CC Amsterdam located is in the heart of Amsterdam and the building itself is historical and monumental building ( famously knows as- gingerbread house in Amsterdam). And hotels in Amsterdam are relatively expensive than its competitive cities around in Europe.
