Thank you for contacting us. We do understand the worldwide problem of Covid-19. And Let me remind you that we are a responsible hotel and are in service almost more than a 15 years. And proud to say that because of our prime location and service we do have regular/returning guest in big numbers.
Coming back to your comments; I am not sure that when did you contact us? However we also need to cooperate with our Dutch government rules and regulations (Covid-19) to travelling industry and its implication to the hotel like us.
Generally, In case of pre-paid booking, we are unfortunately obligated to follow the non-refundable booking policy . However; understanding the current situation, the hotel management currently decided (probably for temporary period, largely depends on how this Covid-19 pandemic goes ) to make an exception to modify the booking if its possible. In your comment, you have mentioned that your arrival date is in June, If so, we still have time. Therefore, Could you send us an email to : reservation@hotelcc.nl please?
