We are booked in Hotel CC, in Amsterdam in June this year, prior to a cruise. Unfortunately due to the Corona Virus and me being a cancer patient, we need to cancel our trip and postpone till next year. 2 in our party are forbidden to board the cruise ship as they live in China. We have appealed to the hotel to either cancel and refund or hold a credit for next year and on both attempts to negotiate with them, they will not waiver and assist. I find this totally inconsiderate in a time where countries are trying to curb the spread of the disease. We are being responsible travelers, however hotels like this should be made public so that travelers know that they will not assist in any urgent or desperate matter. We are really upset about having to cancel our trip however we don’t have an option.
