The picture was the view from our room . The hotel is in a great central location and five minutes walk from Centraal. The room we had was small but perfectly formed. The bed was a little uncomfortable as the topper was very thin. We found an empty bag of crisps and an empty Mars wrapper down the side of the bed - we tidied this up ourselves without a fuss but did take off the shine hence 4 stars

Just back from a 3 night Christmas break, this city centre hotel was fantastic, 5 minutes walk from Amsterdam central train station, so easy to get to, no need for expensive transfers or taxis, 5euro ticket from the airport, then a stroll to hotel...
We were originally put in a room on the 5th floor, however we asked for a room lower with a canal view, abdi on reception did everything he could to accommodate us, and next day our bags were taken to a wonderful room (213). Thank you abdi you’re a star...
Breakfast is in the pancake shop next door, just give the voucher the hotel gives you, and in return you get a great breakfast, either English or continental, tea or coffee and a juice, very friendly as is everywhere in Amsterdam....
The jewel in the crown for this hotel is its location, bars, restaurants, coffee shops of both varieties, and all the attractions right on the doorstep, absolutely loved it, and will definitely return

Just got back from Amsterdam two days ago. Have stayed at hotel cc last year and we decided to stay again this year. Great location to be next to everything. 5 min walk from centraal station, central to everything, 2 min walk to red light District. We stayed in a small double which was perfect for my boyfriend and I. It was my boyfriends birthday whilst we were there and they left a box of chocolates for him in our room, printed out tickets for us to go to a football match in Rotterdam, they couldn’t of been more accommodating. Staff so pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be staying again when we return in the future.

We stayed here for 4 nights and overall had a great experience. The Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Central Station, so is in a perfect location if you are getting the train to the airport. The area the hotel is in is close to most things including bars, cafes, supermarkets and also the red light district. The hotel room was very clean and we got fresh towels everyday even when we put the do not disturb sign up, the cleaners would leave new towels in a bag outside the door. Only con would be the room was a bit small and maybe wouldn’t be suitable for people staying longer with more luggage. We had a canal view room which I would recommend requesting if you have the opportunity because the view is beautiful. The staff were welcoming and friendly and allowed us to store our luggage after checkout as our flight wasn’t until the evening. Overall had an amazing trip and I’d recommend this hotel.

Brilliant location right in the heart of Amsterdam, hotel very clean. Our room was spacious, big enough for 2 of us. Staff were very friendly and overall had a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
