Business Trip

Good check-in and overall during my three-night stay the front-of-house staff were excellent and very helpful.
Breakfast was good, nice selection of cold and hot dishes. There is an omelette chef, first two I had were great third was terrible. It was like he had never cooked an omelette before! Breakfast restaurant staff were great and very helpful.
Had dinner two nights in the hotel. First night had fish, it was tasty but a little undercooked. Second night had braised shoulder of veal, could have been more tender but it was ok. Evening restaurant staff not as good as breakfast staff in my opinion.
Used the gym which was ok equipped, sufficient for a reasonable work-out. The steam room was amazing.....
The TV didn't work for the three nights I was there that was annoying...technical difficulties partly excusable by weather but then for two days the weather was fine so that excuse became lame.
Housekeeping very good and room cleaned well.
Check-out nice and easy.
Great location for the Metro and easy to get into the city

The metro station is as close at it can be and it takes around 10-13 min to the central station.

I liked the interior. The windows in the restaurant and lobby are fabulous. The bed is comfy. But I cannot possibly understand why hotels choose to have frosted glass door as a bathroom door. That's a total mystery for me.

The breakfast is good. A little bit of everything.

They serve fries to everything in the restaurant. The dishes would be better and more well combined with something else than fries. So they can make improvements there.

Stayed for 3 nights from 6th-9th Feb. Lovely comfy stay and great value. Great locality to city centre, about a 15 min tram ride to the Central Station. Tram station couldn’t be closer with trains every few minutes. Nice touch with the robes in the bedrooms and toiletries in the bathroom. My only complaints would be the hairdryer was in a really difficult position and I had to sit on the bathroom floor to dry my hair because the wire is so short. The coffee machine was nice but a kettle would have been nice too to make a proper cup of tea. If in Amsterdam again, would definitely stay again.

I liked the hotel
The staff was very polity and helpful
The breakfast had enough choices and good quality but i missed the gluten-free choices.
Rooms were very clean and the bed is just amazing, slept like in clouds.
Would book it again

I am very happy to have chosen this hotel despite the distance to town. But there is a metro just outside the hotel. The hotel room is very near and well equipped. The restaurant is very high class decorated. Fancy bar. All very well taken care of and new sort of. Amazing breakfast with even fresh omelette being cooked for you. High class for a hotel in Europe. The entree and surroundings is very good. Also the personal was very helpful. Very very pleased with it! Totally recommended. Dos are allowed for 10 euro fee per night. All in all very good! Will totally come back.

Was here for a company event so the hotel was good for those sorts of standards. Rooms are spacious with good amenities and importantly clean. The only niggle was the hairdryer in the bathroom which is fixed in a draw and one of those that you need to press on a button all the time for it to work. I really don't understand the need for this but in this particular case it was made worse by having a short strongly coiled lead so it was impossible to pull the hairdryer up to the top of my head and i'm on 5ft 2! It was also particularly badly placed to the left of the mirror...
The communal facilities were quite nice but lots of the group got sick from the buffet.
The location is one of the most depressing places i have ever stayed in. Don't be fooled by that nice photo on a canal. This place is in an industrial park and that canal is not attractive!
