We had a wonderfull stay at hotel Jakarta, we booked the hotel to celebrate the birthday of my husband and to have a feeling of holiday in the midst of the coronacrisis. Well hotel jakarta is the perfect place for that! The service was great, there was a great atmosfere and every staff member was extremly friendly and coöperative. The hotel and the room were very clean and they made it possible to enjoy our stay while maintaining the safetyrules. The dinner was very good, also was the breakfast the next day. In addition to our stay we booked a massage at the welness spa, which we definetly recommend.

If there is one thing that we would like to suggest to improve is that by ordering breakfast the question would not only be how you want your eggs but also suggest a vegetarian option. We didnt realise there would be meat in the package. Now we received quote some meat which we didnt consume which proberly ended up in the trashcan, which is not that ecological. But really that was the only thing, also the breakfast service was great and tastefull.

We cannot complain about anything. We found a really cosy place and the staff was polite and gentle. We stayed there for valentine's night and we loved it. Plus the bar on the roof top who is the must and cocktails are good. Covid 19 rules are well done and even if you take your breakfast in the room it's still a wonderful experience in a perfect location.
