What we experienced as very good is the level of service: no question seemed too much and every question was answered with a smile.
In addition, we enjoyed dinner, with a small remark: the layout was a bit too busy on the plate/too many different parts on a plate (I would reduce the number or use a larger plate): at the end there was a little mess on my plate.
What was also very good is the breakfast: generous choice, was neat and everything was replenished in a timely manner, friendly and cheerful service.
What we have experienced as good is the spacious room and bathroom (253). Although the bed takes up a lot of space, it was not disturbing once you are inside the room.
What we experienced as moderate is the degree of lighting, especially at breakfast: the amount of glass (windows) almost does not allow much light to enter, but if you also leave the curtains half closed, it is (to our opinion) as quickly too dark.
What we have experienced/seen as a point of attention: dirt in the air vents in the hotel room and many (limescale) stains in the bathroom. As soon as the sunlight entered the room, you could see it clearly.
And what is not pleasant to see/have to walk through are the smokers on the sidewalk. I understand that you would like to give them a place (nearby), but if you see that first on arrival …
Tip: make it clear(er) that parking the car directly in front of the hotel is not intended for guests . It was when the parking attendant walked in to ask if that was our car. And with the promise that we would park it immediately elsewhere, we avoided a parking fine. Perhaps the parking lot where we are allowed to park can be emphasized in the correspondence prior to visiting the hotel?
