We Hand an Great Stay in this Hotel! The Rooms were very clean when we came and the Staff was always friendly and helpful.
The only bad Point was the Room Service. When we came back from out trip with bikes the Room seemd so be clean but at a closer Look the cups were the one we already used and they just got turned around. The same with the cups in the bathroom. They also took our soap without bringing new ones!
So we think the room service is just folding the blankets and bringing new towels.
All in all it is nevertheless a very nice hotel in Alkmaar and we would come again!

Centrally located hotel in an old post office. Rooms and facilities as shown on the website. Room size generous. Top cleanliness. Very helpful and very friendly staff with tips on the surrounding area. Room requests were taken into account and there was a fantastic upgrade. Breakfast very good.
What you need to know: the city centre of Alkmaar is also lively and popular (with tourists) in the evening. The seagulls in the city centre and the chimes of the "Waag" can also be heard at night - if you want to sleep with the window open, you should be aware of this.

The room was great! We had a junior suite. We booked it with bath, but it came with a sauna as well. That was not a bad surprise. The bed was very comfortable and everything we needed was there. The room was very well cleaned.
The staff is amazing and very kind. Breakfast was delicious! No bad thing to be said.
