“Eden island lives up to its name - and this is the place to stay”
Reviewed 6 January 2018 for a stay in December 2017

We spent two weeks at Georges wonderful penthouse apartment. We were three adults and one baby. The host is very professional, and answered any questions we had very quickly on e-mail. He helped us with airport transfer, and he arranged a baby cot and chair upon arrival.

The apartment is big, with a fully stocked kitchen and a Weber BBQ outside. There are airconditioning in every room. We spend every evening outside on the deck, enjoying the sunset (behind the mountains). Luckily we had no mosquitoes outside on the deck, which was a huge bonus. We drove the golf cart to the beach in minutes. The local Spar grocery store had everything we needed (also minutes away with the golf cart). The Eden island shopping center also have a nice little wine store run by a friendly British chap. I would recommend buying any wine from him and not the Supermarked.

We had a rental car, and did some exploring of the island. The beaches on Eden island are man made, but looks great. And there were almost no people, perfect for relaxing. The weather in November/December was fairly good, with some showers about every second day. We actually liked the rain, and the temperature was always pleasant. We also spent two nights at a very nice resort on the island, but for a longer stay I would prefer an apartment over a hotel room. For a family with kids, this is as good as it gets. Overall - highly recommended!
