Such a stylish suite! Lots of space for the family and great view over the river too. Loved the breakfast service in our room. Lovely place to unwind for a couple of nights. Beds were soft and luxurious. Electric blinds were a nice surprise at night.

Wonderful stay, comfortable beds and everything you needed in the kitchen. Freat location, public transportation is available 2 minutes! Staff was very friendly and ready to help with any requests ! We definitely planning to be back to this hotel when we are in Zurich.

It had met all out expectations. Bot in the middle of the city center but could reach there with a train with a few stops. As long as you have a Zurich Card it will not be an issue. They were smiley and friendly to meet all our demands with clear feedbacks.

We were there during.a heat wave. The air conditioning did not work very well. It was really only blowing in the living room area, not cooling the sleeping area at all. I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed to try to stay cool. This was disappointing, as we paid more to stay in a “suite” versus staying in a regular hotel room. We might have been better off staying at the nearby Marriott.
The staff was very nice and helpful during our stay, though.

The suite is spacious, clean with 2 bathrooms, washer in room. Breakfast in room is amazing. Walking distance to the train station. The only problem is the bedroom washroom door doesn’t close properly. And there is no shower door. The shower curtain doesn’t work well making the water spilled outside of the shower every time.
