The suite is spacious, clean with 2 bathrooms, washer in room. Breakfast in room is amazing. Walking distance to the train station. The only problem is the bedroom washroom door doesn’t close properly. And there is no shower door. The shower curtain doesn’t work well making the water spilled outside of the shower every time.

Very helpful and friendly staff especially as the elevator was not working when we checked in. Sean and his colleague took our luggage up to the 7th floor using the stairs without any issue. This was much appreciated. The in room breakfast was great and so much more than we expected that we had to ask for less.

Modern and functional rooms, very spacious with perfect amenities for families such as a kitchenette, washer, microwave. The beds were super comfy and the pillows were incredible. Plenty of closet space. Great service. Will stay here again.

A very efficient, sophisticated place with a brilliant location - which is close to everything, but still a bit away from the central station which was amazing.
Loved the interiors, all of the amenities were provided were great.
The service and information provided was very helpful.
The only complaint is that the dryer provided in the room wasn’t powerful enough, but the staff graciously gave me access to the larger dryer downstairs.

Great hotel suite to accommodate a family of four. The suite was spacious, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and the in-room breakfast delicious. Oh, and the staff were super-nice. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at EMA House.
