This hotel is very conveniently located just a short stroll to the airport terminal and the breakfast buffet was amazing. However, we left overall disappointed by our stay. To start, they put a hold several times the cost of your room on your card upon check in, in the event you damage the room. This was made clear in the booking but I've almost never seen this practice in the many luxurious hotels we've stayed in. Second, although we chose the King room with sofa bed for our family of 4, the room was so small it left only narrow aisles to walk in when the sofa was down. Carpeting was sad and numerous marks on the walls and old patches to plaster on ceiling in bathroom. Outlets on one side of the bed did not work. What was worst, though, was the poor housekeeping and lack of cleanliness. Upon walking in we saw large coffee stains dribbling down the side of the white side table next to the bed. There were also numerous large nut shells found around the room. If we weren't exhausted I would have gone down to the front desk right away and asked them to reclean the room but that would have meant waiting with tired children and our bags after a long day. I did mention this experience to the front desk upon leaving and they promised to let housekeeping know but based on other recent reviews it seems standards are still lacking.
