Simple and off-site hotel, but with easy access to public transport to and from city center. Noisy lobby/ breakfast area, with a very limited selection of foods.

For us, the major drawback was the extreme heat in our room, with no possibility to adjust the temperature. Also, the pillows were extremely thin. In all, we did not have a good nights sleep, and will not come back.

Would have given 2 stars, but since we were welcomed in a good way and the fascilities seemed clean, they get 3.

We have just checked out after spending 2 nights here. A family of 5, with two rooms.
Communication was great with them through email before we arrived.
Check in was quick and easy, a the rooms were clean and had everything we needed.
The facilities were great, there was a communal kitchen downstairs and a fridge where you could store drinks and food.
We had ordered an uber eats and ate it downstairs. It is well designed.
We used uber to get to and from the train station in Zurich and around Zurich as for 5 of us it was cheaper than getting the train.
About a 20 minute walk there is shops, takeaways and a lovely bit near the lake where you can sit outside and relax and go in the water.
The lindt factory was a 11 uber drive away.
Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Free WiFi which is great for everyone.
We did a late chack out instead of storing all our bags in one of our rooms.
The rooms were cool considering it was boiling outside.
The only reason I gave it a 4 was my back hurt in there bed, but I am getting older 🙈.

This hotel is extremely clean, very nice comfortable beds, great private bathroom. The breakfast was surprisingly good. My only complaint is that you cannot control the temperature of your room and it was very warm in our room making sleeping uncomfortable. Otherwise fantastic hotel.
