Terrific hotel for the price. Wonderful staff — very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location. You can walk many places or take a tram which is very close. Rooms are charming and a decent size. it was great having a balcony even if the weather didn’t enable us to use it. Good shower. Breakfast buffet was fine.

Basically a very functional and centrally positioned hotel.
It includes a good restaurant, and nice breakfast room. All light and quiet.
Our room was ordinary, we missed a coffe machine especially. Very good bed!
But the real premium is the personell, especially at the reception.
They were the most helpful and assisting. Made our day!

This hotel was in a great location within walking distance of many of the locations my wife and I wanted to go: The Odeon, Kronenhalle, the Lake, and Fraumunster Church. The room was spacious and the bed was large by European standards. My wife and I enjoyed the interesting decor around the hotel including fun dog portraits and a nice chandelier in the room. We also really enjoyed the scent of the soap at the hotel. For as good as the hotel was, the manager Jan really stood out and we both really enjoyed multiple conversations with him. There is little doubt that we would stay here again if we were to ever pass through Zurich, which I hope we do.
