Great hotel for its design but also its people.They are very service oriented. I had forgotten a blazer during a previous stay and it was promptly given back to me once I returned.
Nice breakfast buffet and lovely corporate rooms.

This Holiday Inn was fantastic. Stayed here for a concert at theater 11 only short 2 min walk away. Restaurants in area were great and within walking distance. Hotel had everything from bar to really nice full breakfast. Staff really friendly and efficient. Can get to parking without going outside which was nice with some rainy days. Highly recommend.

This hotel was not upto expectations. The location is good not great, bus route 61 and 62 stand is just outside, though big gap in services hence majorly does not suit. We were upgraded to Suite, but had quality issues. This hotel does not have a Cooling air conditioner only heating and in summers Zurich is warm. Breakfast was fine and special thanks for the complementary juice drink offered to us in the breakfast though we could not enjoy as we were in a hurry for our booked tour. Checkout was smooth.

Wonderful service from Olivia at the counter, she was so very helpful! Restaurant food was very good with excellent service. Location is away from downtown core and old city but very accessible using tram 11 (thanks Olivia!). Very convenient to airport. Property is a bit dated.

Good hotel, nice location with public transport just a step away, cosy rooms, quiet, but somehow the rooms were hot at night and hence uncomfortable, when raised this issue with reception, they said that AC were not allowed in Zurich, which was strange and don't know if true, bcos outside the temp at night was very good but inside the rooms were hot.
Also very limited breakfast options, much less that what other holiday inn hotels offered us in Switzerland.
