Good hotel, nice location with public transport just a step away, cosy rooms, quiet, but somehow the rooms were hot at night and hence uncomfortable, when raised this issue with reception, they said that AC were not allowed in Zurich, which was strange and don't know if true, bcos outside the temp at night was very good but inside the rooms were hot.
Also very limited breakfast options, much less that what other holiday inn hotels offered us in Switzerland.

Average hotel with poor in room service , breakfast is not great in terms of Asian tourists, suggest them to upgrade

A bit out of the way, but great hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very spacious especially by European standards. It even had a bathtub. The breakfast in the morning was very nice as well but not a great selection of healthy food other than a fruit salad. It is about a 10 minute walk from a train station that connects to other lines and helps to get around. There is also a tram stop closer.
5 mins on the train from the airport or from Zurich HB, and 750m (10m walk) from the train station - or 200m if you wanted to catch the tram to get a bit closer, we felt the hotel wasn’t too far away to put us popping in to Zürich multiple times a day. Getting to and from the airport was easy.
Staff were accomodating and friendly, speaking multiple languages and always cheerful. Nothing was a problem. Check out was 12pm which was super handy for getting away a bit later and lugging our gear to the next place in time for check in without having to carry it around town.
Rooms were average but comfortable enough for a place to sleep. The gym was a bonus for the group we travelled with that needed to fit in training. Buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious! Overall a very good stay.
Convenient location to train and bus within one block.to get everywhere. Great stay and restaurant in the hotel was great.
Front desk staff was absolutely fantastic. The best I have ever encountered anywhere. I travel 30 weeks a year and stay at Hilton, Conrad and Holiday Inn. This staff was the best I have ever experienced.
Lory at the desk was energetic, helpful, kind and could not have been more kind. She provided us with homemade maps of the area with the train routes and numbers to and from the hotel to town and other location. Easiest travel experience we ever had. This young lady made our trip recommended eateries, tours everything, WOW. She should be the benchmark for all others people working desks. Great customer service like no other I would recommend Lory for manager of the year if I could.
