This IHG property is in a great location. Close to the airport, quiet and surrounded by several public transportation options. The staff is very professional and friendly. Lory at the front desk was extremely helpful on several occasions with recommendations for places to see, best restaurants and directions to get there. This made our stay very pleasant. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Zürich.
A very complete task, the location is very good and with access to public transport very close. The room was very comfortable.
The extensive breakfast is included. The staff (Lory, Fabian and Cristina) went above and beyond to be of service. Their recommendations were spot on.
The cleaning staff were equally helpful.
The hotel is located near a tram station that gave easy access to the downtown.
Strategically located opposite Zurich Messe exhibition halls and just a short walk from Oerlikon train station, Holiday Inn meets the expected Holiday Inn standards. Rooms are large and with lots of light, with ample and comfortable beds. The bathroom is well designed even if the shower inevitably wets the floor and the flush did not fully work! Breakfast is varied enough and fairly priced for the Zurich stanards. Service was kind and fast. Recommended.
Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile. Fabian one of the front desk clerks took excellent care of us during our stay. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We were even upgraded to one of the executive rooms which was quite nice. Some of the other persons who assisted and was helpful was Andrej (front desk clerk) and the manager of the restaurant Prim and waiter Junied...hopefully all names are spelled correctly. All of our needs were met, and this will definitely be our chosen hotel for future travels to Switzerland. One small suggestion would be to ensure all staff is aware that face cloths are available and in rooms upon arrival.
