The hotel is in the city center with nice view to the river. It is well maintained as it has excellent management. I have taken an apartment which is fully equipped for use with nice balcony to the river. I do recommend this hotel to others if the cost is affordable
During out trip to Switzerland I was looking out for booking a hotel at Interlaken. Based on reviews I booked one of the highest rated hotels i.e. this hotel. Our experience was nothing short of pathetic.
This hotel is ranked 4 star but it is not even 3 star, at best a 2.5 star. They have very basic services, staff attitude sucks and the day we checked in and reached our room the bathroom had discarded socks and dustbin full of toilet paper. The AC of the room was not working. We reported this to the nigh staff, while she she turned on the AC and took photographs of the bathroom we never heard back on that.
Next day I wanted to make tea in the room however there was no creamer, no stirrer etc. When I complained about this there was no response at all.
The hotel is horribly overpriced for the quality of room and services and most importantly attitude. As we walked around the city we saw a few hotels which looked much better in quality as well as room pricing than this one.
Do not go by the boutique name and ratings. This is highly avoidable unless you are happy paying for 4 star to get 2.5 star quality.
This hotel was the perfect place to stay in Interlaken. Convenient to access everything. The room was very nice with a great view. The staff was kind and helpful, especially Rui. They have a spa that you can reserve and rent, which we highly suggest (and getting in the river after!).
Really nice hotel. We had a lovely view of the river and mountains from our hotel balcony. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were very modern and clean. The Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel restaurant and bar was very nice and had some lovely food to eat. The only issue we have is the costs! Its not a Hotel Bellevue issue as such, but more a Swiss issue. However when you're paying around 828CHF (approx. 850euros) for 2nights accommodation, you would expect breakfast. To then charge 25CHF per person per night is extortion. However if you're happy to pay that amount for some coffee and pastries, then that's up to you. All in all a nice experience and I would recommend it, just don't go there hungry !
The most beautiful well maintained hotel. We had a family room (2 rooms) with a beautiful gorgeous view of the river in front and jungfrow on the left. It made waking up in the morning so gorgeous. The bathrooms are absolutely sparkling and modern.

5 minutes from the train station. So centrally located. Close to the shops and restaurants.
Outstanding customer service. I had to cancel my one night booking due to 2020 covid when I first booked but they held my reservation for 4 years. Just for that I decided to stay 2 nights in 2024 instead of my original booking of 1 night. So glad I stayed more than a night. It’s a train ride away from wengen murren and lauterbrunnen so did a day trip from interlaken
The front desk staff are warm welcoming friendly and kind.
We truly had a memorable stay here. Will be back for sure.
