This was my second visit and the hotel was just as good as last time. Very friendly, relaxed and comfortable. Very convenient location. Good pool, great to relax in after hikes in the mountains in warm weather. Will use again next time we travel to Interlaken.

So glad to find this hotel in Interlaken after having a bad experience at another hotel nearby. They were lovely and assisted us at short notice. Room was nice with a view and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and there is a pretty garden area and terrace to have a your breakfast outside if you wish or just to relax with a coffee and book. Also there was an indoor pool which was an unexpected bonus. Plus air-conditioning throughout the hotel. Great central location but very quiet area. I have to say all the the staff and owners were so welcoming and cheerful who made you feel at home. Would love to stay at the Stella Hotel again.

Best view with a balcony! Delicious breakfast! Friendly and most helpful staff! Super clean room with great amenities! Recommend 100%!!! Great location to everything wonderful about Interlaken!!! Mini bar has snacks and drinks at a very affordable fee (we are not used to that in the USA).

Room and bathroom very comfortable. Balcony had an amazing view of the mountains.
Buffet Breakfast choices were wide and constantly topped up throughout the breakfast period.
Tables to eat own snacks in breakfast room at lunch or dinner time were very useful.
All staff were very welcoming, accommodating and efficient.
Would definitely go there again.

The walls are so thin, you could pass notes between rooms.
I listened to a production of RENT in the room above me.
It does have some breakfast but is not vegan friendly, so if that is a concern, beware, otherwise it is mostly cereal and coffee. The coffee is magical. Very good.
Otherwise, the price is much higher than the comfort and amenities.
