We were lucky to find this hotel as our reservation at another was mishandled - They were more than accommadating they exceeded expectation in all areas. First the room was generous in size and very comfortable. The entire staff working that we had the pleasure to meet were extremely friendly and helpful in everything. Breakfast was a full buffet and attentive servers helped with coffee and any extras needed.
I highly recommend this Hotel to any and all visiting Assisi - just a short walk to St. Francis' Basilica !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were booked in this hotel as part of a pilgrimage tour group.Provided basic needs of queen bed and private bath. Room had a small balcony overlooking city street and rooftops of building below. Breakfast was underwhelming compared to other Italian hotels we have stayed on. Was within 4 blocks of Basilica of. St. Francis. Overall ok place to stay for pilgrimage. Not fancy but does the job.

Good prize for a clean normal room with a very nice view without even asking for it.
Nice people.

Good location at the entrance of the city.
Large breakfast choice!
Small parking in the back easy to reach but a little Bit smal If you need to maneuver a car.

My group stayed there for 4 nights and we had a pleasant time. Rooms are very clean and the views are spectacular. Old world charm at its best. The only thing we found not too nice was the front desk personnel, the older one were kind of grumpy most of the time, especially when we came more than once to buy wifi passes, which by the way was a little bit expensive. The young lady at the front desk was nicer. Overall was a good experience.

We came to Assisi without reservations. We started walking around the town and found the San Pietro. We found the room nice with a gorgeous view. It was within the town walls and we spent two very enjoyable nights there. The price was very reasonable, the staff very pleasant. The room was extremely clean. Parking was close to the hotel and free! This is not a 5 star hotel but sometimes that isn't necessary when you can get a real feeling for the town. We opened our window out and could see the tourists walking by and saw the hills surrounding Assisi. We felt lucky to find such a hotel with no reservations as the night before we stayed at a nearby town in a hotel that was not nearly as nice for almost the same price.

Room Tip: I would suggest you ask for a room with a view!
