From an unfriendly arrival to an abrupt and rude woman we were hesitant to stay but decided to take a chance.

The villa is in a spectacular location but the management don't care. The place has so much potential.

Shower head was replaced at our request. The toilet was not clean and hairs had been left on the bathroom floor.

The bedroom was clean and had white cotton sheets but the moth eaten half size blanket found in the wardrobe was questionable. I was kept awake by a group of men in the lounge below our room until the early hours.

Breakfast - the cheapest packet food available.

Overall the description on their website is somewhat exaggerated and doesn't match what you receive.

I recently visited Siena and stayed at Villa Veronica, the villa of rules, for four days. If you don't care about other peoples hairs in your bathroom and being treated as not welcomed guest, you can choose Villa Veronica for the view.
The place was easy to find, thanks to my over organized cousin. Arrived safely, the owner announced us quite surprised that unfortunately we booked 2 rooms for 3 people. He breath revealed when we explained that it was correct. The first thing you notice is the owners wife, sitting on the sofa, in the living room. The second, the dirty red carpets on the hall. The rooms are ok, as size, with antique furniture. You have rules all over the place. What not to do, especially. They forbid the usage of their refrigerator, but you can find little products in the machine downstairs. For every rule you break, you will pay a fine.
I saw the same crostata (some sweet pie) for breakfast every morning. The same things every morning and nothing fresh.

The owners spent their entire day in the living room, lying on the sofa, getting the feeling you are being watched.
The pool is clean, but not as big as it looks in pictures. Anyhow, get ready to enjoy it, together with owners boys. They had fun at the pool in almost every evening. Also, they are having their family dinner at the pool.
Hope you will find this review useful.

The staff was not friendly and had a no care attitude.
We had the Superior Room with a balcony and view of the vineyards. The room was average but the view was spectacular. The hotel, on the whole, was tired looking with dirty looking red carpets in the hall, living room and stairs.
In our room, the toilet in the bathroom could only be sat on if you sat sideways! Unbelieveable, but true! Had to ask for toilet paper twice. No extra roll in the bathroom. Breakfast was very mediocre!
This is the first time I have written a review and I am doing it because I would NOT recommend this place!

The Villa Veronica was the first place we stayed at on our two week vacation in Italy. The owners Gabrielle and his wife, were super nice and very helpful. They didn't hesitate to answer every question that we had. Villa Veronica is also conveniently located close to the center of Siena. The breakfast spread was great, and the view from the backyard is even more amazing. Definitely ended up being one of our favorite places that we stayed at in all of Italy. I highly recommend both Siena and Villa Veronica. - Anthony, Chicago

If you look for a very tidy, very clean and well equipped room to stay. This is the right choice!
A family owned villa just 5km from Siena. And have dinner at Osteria Nonna Louisa.
