If you are bored eating Tuscan and Italian cuisine in the Florence, and would like to try something desi, please do definitely drop in to this nice Indian restaurant. This is a 10 minute walk from the Florence Santa Maria Novella railway station. A nice quaint place to have some great Indian food in the Tuscan region. We went there for lunch and had mango lassi and sweet lime soda as drinks. As starters we had aloo chat, veggie samosas and tandoori chicken. Everything tasted great and delightfully desi. For main course, we ordered aloo kulcha, butter garlic naan and pepper chicken. The pepper chicken was quite good but it fell a bit short in terms of the spiciness we expected. The aloo kulcha was superb with the pickle on the side. The butter garlic naan was baked to perfection. A very wholesome experience overall. I can highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for Indian cuisine in Florence.
